However, working directly on the cause of the overweight state by improving diet and including exercise, the body is able to do what it is programmed to do and that is to redress the balance between what you eat and what you burn as energy, thereby not only bringing the body back to its ideal weight, size and shape but keeping it there in the long term. This is the greatest of all weight loss tips you are ever likely to be told, so make sure you bear this in mind whenever you are about to tuck into a meal that you know is unhealthy, or think about skipping your day’s exercise because there’s something good on the TV.
Your health is everything and when you are in good health, life is good.
